Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota or Missouri bar.
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare law or related practice.
• Master's in Public Health, Health Administration, or related graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients on healthcare transactions and regulatory matters.
• Structure, negotiate, and advise on healthcare agreements and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and other attorneys to support clients’ missions.
