Job summary

GLG is seeking Healthcare Associates who are excited to learn and excel at best-in-class client service in a merit-based, team-oriented environment. Associates drive GLG's Insight Network by connecting clients with expert insights and managing projects from kickoff to delivery.

You'll start with onboarding and training, own project lifecycle, and partner with clients and experts to deliver tailored solutions while upholding compliance and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare background preferred.
• 0–3 years of client-facing, sales, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; phone outreach experience a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deploy tailored solutions.
• Own client projects from scoping to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and experts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue, retention, and product adoption.
