Job summary

Associates will drive the lifecycle of client projects, engage with top professionals, and develop skills in project management and client relationships while receiving coaching and mentorship. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) or higher.
• 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours based on client needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Engaging daily with clients to build relationships and deliver tailored support.
• Owning client projects from start to finish, including scoping, recruiting experts, and delivering outcomes.
• Collaborating with colleagues, your manager, and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes.
