Trimedx is seeking a Strategic Advisor to serve as a client resource for Clinical Asset Management, leveraging our informatics toolset to drive OpEx savings and cash recovery opportunities.

You will present actionable insights, build partnerships with client leaders, and lead initiatives across hospital environments. Hybrid Indianapolis-area role requiring travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• MBA or advanced healthcare degree preferred.
• Lean/Six-Sigma process improvement training is preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership in an acute-care hospital environment.
• 5+ years of healthcare services delivery leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Identifies and leads projects that save clients’ money.
• Tracks and reports financial and operational benefits from initiatives.
• Establishes the TRIMEDX toolset as the single source of truth for asset data.
• Develops high-trust relationships with client leaders.
• Facilitates communications on asset lifecycle issues and stakeholder alignment.
• Identifies trends and improves cross-functional processes.
• Provides analytics and project management support for client initiatives.
