Our progressive Architecture Team seeks a talented Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects in the Austin TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT AT OCONNELL ROBERTSON

• Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
• Develop and maintain effective verbal graphic and written communication with clients that support positive long term relationships
• Plan direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies design or construction documents of various scale projects
• Interpret organize execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm
• Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR ROLE

• 8 years of professional experience inclusive of 4 years of experience in Healthcare design
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited programschoolRegistered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred
• Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered
• Strong comprehensive knowledge of architectural principlespractices including project financial schedule and resource planning
• Working knowledge of building codes standards and building structures
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
• Engaging Communication style with clients teams and consultants
• Must be quality minded and self motivated with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules
• Experience and proficiency with Healthcare projects and licensing requirements required
• Education Commercial Institutional market experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards
• Revit Bluebeam Newforma and Office Suite is preferred
