Gensler Healthcare in Florida seeks an experienced Project Manager to shape complex healthcare environments in Tampa or Miami. You will unite design excellence, technical rigor, and strategic thinking to deliver functional, experiential architecture.

Collaborate with leadership to drive client opportunities and deliver projects across all phases. You will lead teams, manage budgets, schedules, and relationships, while guiding sustainable and resilient design solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed architect or NCIDQ certified Interior Designer preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, centers).
• 15+ years total healthcare design experience; 10+ years in PM role.

Aufgaben

• Lead collaborative design teams with Practice Leader, Design Director, and PIC to set effective project workplans and design intent.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Market Leader on client development opportunities.
• Manage all phases of healthcare architecture and interior design projects from setup through construction administration.
• Coordinate AHCA communications and approvals for Florida healthcare projects.
• Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, coordinate bidding process.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and client/sub-consultant coordination.
• Support sustainability and resilience goals with multi-benefit design solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Track financial performance of projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for single and multi-project accounts.
