Gresham Smith in Miami is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the delivery of medium to large healthcare projects, directing design teams and ensuring timely, quality deliverables. You will work with the Project Executive and Project Manager to manage production timelines, coordinate with consultants, and drive architectural excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising code analysis, presenting to clients, mentoring staff, and championing sustainable design within the firm’s standards

Qualifikationen

• 5-year Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from NAAB-accredited program.
• 12+ years of job-related experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional interactions with diverse personalities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of medium to large healthcare projects.
• Direct consultant and technical teams to ensure successful design and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Project Executive and Project Manager to create and oversee production timelines.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate deliverables with QA/QC adherence.
• Supervise code analysis and verify zoning requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and lead sessions with consultants.
• Develop and present client presentations.
• Mentor staff for professional development and promote teamwork.
