Job summary

Stengel Hill Architecture seeks an experienced, licensed Architect with a strong healthcare design background to lead complex projects in the Tampa Bay area. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships through all design and construction phases.

The candidate will guide technical leadership, ensure architectural documentation quality, and maintain current knowledge of Florida AHCA processes, codes, and healthcare standards as part of ongoing project

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in Florida
• lengthy experience coordinating complex healthcare projects
• strong knowledge of healthcare planning, codes, and building systems

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, schedules, and deliverables
• Mentor staff and ensure quality control of project documentation
• Maintain knowledge of AHCA requirements and permitting processes
• Support client relationships and project pursuits
