HDR, Inc. seeks an Associate Health Principal to guide the Health sector in the local region, shaping the firm’s leadership in healthcare design. You will develop a client base, drive pursuits, and steward project teams while mentoring staff to sustain HDR’s industry-leading reputation.

You will also engage in business development, lead interview strategies, and ensure technical quality, financial performance, and schedule adherence across projects in the HDR Health practice.

Competenze

• 10 years of experience in the architectural industry.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Registered Architect.
• Ability to lead a project team.
• Strong knowledge of the local and regional market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).

• Engage in business development and pre-positioning activities.
• Lead pursuits, and direct project teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
