Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Registered Architect license expected.
• 15+ years of related experience; 7+ years in project management.
• Must lead teams on large projects and deliver client presentations.
• Extensive knowledge of local and regional health markets; strong design leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Lead business development and client relationship efforts in health sector.
• Oversee health projects in a leadership role and contribute to sector management.
• Develop relationships with health organizations and pursuit strategies to win work.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing, BD, and design professionals to grow practice.
