NAT-SU Healthcare is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to support accounts receivable activities, reconciliation, and invoicing. You will work with the finance and medical billing teams to ensure timely and accurate payments and reporting.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Utah-based position with standard full-time hours.

Formación

• Familiarity with Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, posts, verifies and records payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Gathers documentation through accounting software and medical practice software to create invoices.
• Collaborates with medical billing team to facilitate invoicing and insurance postings.
• Maintains accounts receivable records; ensures aging is current and discrepancies are cleared.
• Prepares monthly aging reports.
• Creates billable invoices for intercompany transactions.
• Uses QuickBooks Online and Excel to support claim-related invoices and reconciliations.
• Assists with audits and fact checks.
