Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Collections Representative for a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. This role focuses on billing collections, account research, and resolving client issues to improve cash flow. The position requires strong communication and data analysis skills and offers eligibility for bonus compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years of experience in Billing collections.
• 1+ years of customer service experience OR experience in a medical office, health care, call center, or office setting with analyzing and solving customer problems.
• Experience with QBS billing experience.
• Experience with researching / analyzing data and communicating recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls to assigned external clients.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve client business concerns resulting in a positive client experience.
• Responsible for managing portfolio and reducing AR > 90.
