Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking an AR Supervisor, Credit & Collections to lead payer-facing accounts receivable processes and support the SPS Collections team.

The role focuses on optimizing reimbursement workflows, improving cash flow, and ensuring Accurate billing across pharmacy locations. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in AR or healthcare reimbursement, strong data analysis, and excellent communication skills to interact with payers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable, medical billing, healthcare reimbursement, or related revenue cycle function.
• Experience working with financial applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• Working knowledge of claims processing, payer reimbursement practices, and healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer-facing AR processes and support SPS Collections team.
• Oversee ERA/835 and EFT processes with third-party payers.
• Conduct AR reviews at the claim level to resolve outstanding balances.
