The role involves proactive AR management, payer trend analysis, and collaboration with offshore teams using NextGen PM to ensure timely collections and accuracy in billing operations. The ideal candidate has medical billing or collections experience, knowledge of state and federal guidelines, and a commitment to exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Medical billing or collections experience required
• Knowledge of state & federal collections guidelines
• Bilingual (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Own and manage an assigned accounts receivable bucket
• Analyze AR trends and denial patterns; elevate findings to leadership with recommended actions
• Coordinate with offshore team tasks via NextGen; ensure timely account touches and resolution
• Maintain clear communication and performance oversight with offshore team members
• Identify changes in payer policies, denial trends, and barriers impacting AR performance
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, payer escalations, and financial reconciliation
• Participate in monthly reporting cycles by providing updates on payer performance and barriers
• Assist with offshore and onsite team education and operational support for patient inquiries, balances, and registrations
• Engage in professional development including billing certifications and leadership training
• Maintain compliance with adjustment policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards
• Deliver exceptional service through respectful, solution-oriented communication with patients
• Perform other duties as assigned
