Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
Experience in a medical group or multisite RCM environment.
Proficiency with Athena Collector, including payment posting and portal features.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage patient AR from follow-up to resolution, including outreach and payment plans.
Document interactions and escalate unresolved barriers.
Monitor AR aging trends by branch and report findings.
Set up and manage Athena workflows: Payment Plans, Statement Pay, Guest Pay, Card on File.
Lead AR-related projects from planning to completion.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and support automation.
