Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced configurations and workflows for healthcare applications.
• Lead testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
• Coordinate change management and release planning activities.
• Provide support for go-lives, upgrades, and key operational events.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL

Scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)

Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

Education

High school diploma

Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or healthcare
