Qualifications

• 2+ years clerical/customer service in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls efficiently and professionally and schedules intake appointments.
• Verifies insurance when scheduling and resolves billing-related issues.
• Checks in clients, updates records, and greets patients at the front desk.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates with providers and staff.
