Competenze

• Two years of customer service experience in a service related industry, preferably healthcare.
• Effective telephone communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Typing skills of 30 wpm.
• Must be able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls and determine appointment type and availability.
• Schedule, reschedule, and verify appointments.
• Composes messages for providers based on member requests.
• Refer members to eligibility department as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Kaiser Permanente policies.
