Geisinger is seeking a skilled business analyst with expertise in government programs to support Medicare, Medicaid, and related initiatives. The role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting workflow improvements, and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will partner with informaticians, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver system enhancements, testing, and training materials while upholding information security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible programs.
• Ability to translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into system solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration systems and data flows.

Responsabilités

• Develops a strong understanding of assigned applications.
• Meets with stakeholders to perform data collection and document review for workflow improvements.
• Produces extensive documentation including current/future state workflows, gap analyses, and design specifications.
• Performs application testing including unit and scenario-based testing.
• Communicates status and escalates issues as needed.
