Job summary

Peyton Resource Group seeks an Application Analyst to support and optimize healthcare payer applications, including Cedar Gate EZ-Suite, ensuring reliable operations and user satisfaction. You will analyze issues, implement fixes, and participate in deployments in a regulated health-tech setting.

You will design test scenarios, document workflows, train end users, and collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to improve data quality, interoperability, and system performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in application support or related technical role.
• Healthcare/TPA environment experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Cedar Gate EZ-Suite and healthcare payer apps.
• Troubleshoot issues, system errors, processing discrepancies, and user concerns.
• Manage service desk tickets, document resolutions, and follow up.
• Support configurations, maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to validate functionality.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to resolve challenges.
• Assist with troubleshooting EDI transactions, interfaces, and data exchange.
• Gather requirements and document workflows, specs, and improvements.
• Maintain technical docs, guides, and SOPs; provide end-user training.
• Participate in system implementations and upgrades.
