• Prepare, manually print, and package full-on fair appeal cases and letters for shipment via FedEx
• Assist with shell cases and entering case details into internal systems
• Review whether medical records are required for appeal cases and fulfill requests
• Draft, review, and print standardized overturn notices and related documentation
• Initial triage of incoming documentation for appeals processing
• Use GuidingCare and Facets to access patient and claim details
• Collaborate with analysts and supervisor to maintain workflow during core hours
