Job summary

The Systems Analyst III at Cleveland Clinic Health System will serve as a technical and business analyst for enterprise quality, patient experience and safety. This role designs, develops, implements, and supports analytics and reporting solutions to drive strategic and operational decisions.

It partners with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of start date for Information Technology Division caregivers.
Five years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Write SQL queries to extract data from databases.
Build Tableau dashboards and data visualizations, and maintain/modify existing dashboards.
Use advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting (pivot tables, calculations, filtering).
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions with stakeholders.
Explain timelines and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
