The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Systems Analyst III to advance enterprise quality analytics and reporting. You will design, develop, and support data-driven solutions that improve patient experience and safety, partnering with clinical and executive stakeholders.

You will build Tableau and Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, and leverage EMR data extractions. The role blends technical analytics with business insight in a hybrid, on-site/remote environment in Independence.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• For IT Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of the position start date.
• Five years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position.
• OR High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience.
• OR Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL queries to extract data from databases.
• Build Tableau dashboards and data visualizations, and maintain and modify existing Tableau dashboards.
• Have advanced Excel skills and use Excel for data analysis and reporting, including calculations, pivot tables, filtering, and formatting.
• Handle requests for data and reporting solutions including project scoping and exploration and meeting with requesters throughout the process to ensure the final reporting solution meets the requested specifications.
• Work independently on multiple data projects simultaneously, maintain tasks, and manage timelines.
• Speak effectively about progress of data projects and explain timelines to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create technical documentation regarding data projects.
