Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst, Analytic Services to deliver data-driven insights that help healthcare clients make informed decisions regarding pharmacy and healthcare strategies. This role combines analytics, consulting, and client engagement.

Analysts work with internal partners and external clients, leveraging healthcare and PBM data to support strategic decision-making and cross-functional initiatives across sales, clinical, account management, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in analytics, business analysis, or a related quantitative field.
Background in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Operational Analysis, Epidemiology, Marketing Research, Accounting, or other data-driven fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare and PBM-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Translate business questions into data-driven analytical approaches and actionable solutions.
Develop meaningful conclusions and recommendations based on quantitative analysis.
Support client-specific projects and analyses to address strategic and operational business needs.
Maintain an understanding of healthcare industry trends, PBM operations, and organizational programs and services.
