Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of analytics, business analysis, or a related quantitative field.
• Background in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Operational Analysis, Epidemiology, Marketing Research, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Translate business questions into data-driven analytical approaches and actionable solutions.
• Develop meaningful conclusions and recommendations based on quantitative analysis.
• Support client-specific projects and analyses to address strategic and operational business needs.
• Maintain an understanding of healthcare industry trends and PBM operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Communicate analytical findings to leaders and clients in presentations and written reports.
• Participate in client meetings to support strategic healthcare initiatives.
• Provide consultative support on PBM pricing strategies and network structures.
• Assist clients in achieving financial and operational goals.
• Build relationships across sales, clinical, account management, finance, underwriting, and operations.
• Deliver high-quality analytical solutions and client deliverables.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
