Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in analytics, business analysis, or a related quantitative field.
Background in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with healthcare or PBM data is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare and PBM data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Translate business questions into data-driven analytical approaches and actionable solutions.
Develop meaningful conclusions and recommendations based on quantitative analysis.
