You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify unmet analytic needs, maintain data quality, and present findings that drive improvements in patient care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• 1+ year in a healthcare analytics role preferred.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops dashboards, KPI reporting, and benchmarking processes.
• Interacts with leadership to discuss data products and analytics needs.
• Analyzes data to identify improvements and provides insights to leadership.
• Gathers requirements and defines specs for KPIs.
• Prepares presentations and communicates findings to stakeholders.
