Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and maintain performance measurement processes, including KPI development and dashboard deployment, across the organization.

You will interact with leadership to discuss analytic needs, analyze data for improvements, and provide insightful recommendations to guide strategic decisions. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and data mining expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; tailor messages to audiences
• Ability to summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussions
• Initiative to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Attention to detail ensuring follow-through on projects
• Familiar with data mining/extraction tools
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.
• Interacts with leadership and quality personnel to discuss data products and assess unmet analytic needs and enhancements.
• Analyzes data to identify improvements and provides data-driven insights to leadership.
• Aids in development of KPIs by gathering requirements, defining specifications, and setting goals.
• Manages complex datasets by aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Designs and maintains reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide organizational insight.
• Performs financial and/or operational analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborates with analytic staff to improve analytic products.
• Conducts data mining and extraction from databases and tables.
• Consults on redesigning clinical processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Prepares presentations and communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Monitors and audits results; recommends best practices for reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
