Jefferson Health is seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate, analyze, and support reporting and business process initiatives in a healthcare setting. You will partner with stakeholders and IT to translate needs into detailed specifications, ensuring compliance with CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, requirements gathering, and successful delivery of analytics solutions that improve operational performance and member/provider outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of provider data and reporting experience in a managed care setting.
• 5 years of progressive managed care experience with Medicaid and Medicare knowledge.
• SQL-driven analytics experience with BI tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, identify risks, and provide status updates throughout projects.
