Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health is seeking a data leader to turn healthcare data into better patient care by leading analytics, data governance, and a talented team. This role oversees a governance framework, analytics development, and reporting solutions to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, supporting quality programs, and guiding the data team to advance evidence-based care for the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field, or combination of equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare data management, analytics or reporting.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Power BI experience with interactive dashboards/reports.
• Minimum 2 years of SQL experience in a production environment.

Pay: $118,800-$140,200/annually

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the data team while promoting organizational adoption of data-driven practices through training, collaboration, and alignment with mission, vision, and values.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education OR a minimum of 6 years of directly relevant experience in healthcare data, analytics, or informatics roles in lieu of a degree.

• 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare data management, analytics or reporting.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI. Demonstrated ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports.

• Minimum 2 years of experience writing SQL queries in a production environment.
