Job summary

Medix™ is seeking an experienced Healthcare Analytics Analyst in Los Angeles to develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for healthcare performance and value-based care analytics.

You will write SQL against MS SQL Server/SSMS, leverage Databricks for cloud data access, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable insights with a focus on CMS Stars and quality reporting. This role emphasizes collaboration with analytics teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks in an analytics environment.
• Strong SQL experience with query development, extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Hands-on with Power BI dashboards for healthcare analytics.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for healthcare analytics.
• Write and modify SQL queries using MS SQL Server/SSMS to extract and validate data.
• Use Databricks to access, query, and analyze cloud-based data.
• Pull and analyze data from multiple sources for recurring and ad hoc requests.
• Support healthcare analytics including CMS Stars and quality reporting.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
