Job summary

CORE is seeking a Data Analyst to transform governed data into actionable information for leaders across the organization. You will build Power BI dashboards, validate reporting, and translate KPI definitions into reporting requirements while partnering with clinical and business teams.

You will maintain reports, perform analyses (descriptive, diagnostic, and some predictive), and ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with strategic goals. Hybrid Pittsburgh office presence expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, statistics, information systems, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in data analysis, BI reporting, or decision support.
• Proficiency building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI with DAX and governed semantic models.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, investigation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience gathering and documenting reporting requirements and UAT support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations from governed data sources.
• Analyze trends, variances, patterns, and drivers to generate actionable insights.
• Translate KPI definitions and business questions into clear reporting specifications.
• Perform data validation, testing, and report certification with data owners and engineers.
• Create user guidance, training materials, and adoption materials for reporting solutions.
• Collaborate in governance meetings to align analytics with organizational objectives.
