Job summary

Medisolv, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed BI Engineer to work directly with health plan and health system clients. You’ll translate needs into dashboards, reports, and analytics views on top of combined clinical quality and payer data.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage client expectations, and drive repeatable reporting features while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BI engineering experience.
• Strong client-facing skills with external stakeholders.
• Expert SQL and query optimization abilities.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to gather and refine reporting needs.
• Build dashboards and reports on health plan and clinical data.
• Support BI tooling per engagement (ours and client’s).
• Write and optimize SQL queries for deliverables.
• Collaborate with data modeling, data acquisition and product teams.
• Translate recurring requests into repeatable reporting features.
• Present work to client stakeholders and manage feedback.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve productivity and delivery.
