Highmark Health in Colorado Springs is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship designed to give graduate students hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methodologies to evaluate healthcare programs, initiatives, and business outcomes.

As an intern on the Evaluation Analytics team, you'll collaborate with researchers and analysts to assess effectiveness and outcomes, gain exposure to SAS and R, and translate findings into actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduate studies in a related field.
• Graduate degree program in progress (full or part-time) acceptable.
• Pursuing degrees in finance, accounting, business management, marketing, or legal studies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives.
• Undertake projects to develop professional skills within the organization.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or alternatives for action.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs for the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
