Job summary

Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to graduate students seeking hands-on experience in evaluating healthcare programs and outcomes. You will work with experienced researchers to analyze data, develop evidence-based insights, and support decision-making across business lines.

Participants gain exposure to SAS, R, study design, and reporting while developing professional skills through mentorship and project-based learning in a healthcare research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in planning assignments and solving day-to-day issues.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives; receive guidance and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to specific objectives of the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
