Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is expanding its data platform and is seeking a dedicated data engineer to own the analytics layer from dbt models to dashboards. You will collaborate with engineering, clinical managers, and the pop health team to define metrics and drive reliable data-driven decisions.

You will join the first dedicated data role, work in Google Cloud, and own end-to-end data delivery, performance, and governance across growth and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in dbt and Python.
• Healthcare data familiarity and interoperability concepts.
• Experience owning production systems and reliability responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dbt models and business logic powering metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to support decision-making across the business.
• Take ownership of production systems, ensure uptime and integrity.
• Partner with engineering to harden in-house capabilities and resolve issues.
• Define metrics with the Pop Health team and ensure a single source of truth.
