Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Specialty Sales & Solutions to partner with the EVP and drive strategic analytics.

The role supports executive decision-making, performance management, sales operations, and cross‑functional initiatives in a healthcare infusion setting. You will build dashboards, financial models, and reports, identify opportunities for automation, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, analytics, strategy, business operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze sales, financial, operational, market, and healthcare data and translate findings into concise insights.
• Strong project management skills with timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic priorities and executive briefings, board materials, and leadership communications.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Analyze healthcare market trends, payer/provider developments, and competitive activity.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution with stakeholder communications.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows using Copilot, automation, and analytics to improve productivity.
• Prepare executive materials and synthesize data into concise recommendations for decision‑making.
