Job summary

Terrace Health and Rehab is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents and caregivers while attending a Nurse Aide class. The role includes greeting residents, answering phones, assisting with daily tasks, and performing light administrative duties in a respectful, caring environment. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and answer inquiries.
• Assist caregivers to provide a safe, compassionate environment and attend to residents' needs.
• Answer phones and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Support Nursing Assistants and Charge Nurse with daily operations.
