Infinitus Systems is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of conversational AI agents in healthcare. You’ll work with engineers, clinical experts, and customer success to scope, build, test, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You'll lead product decisions, collaborate with customers on requirements, and ensure launch readiness, safety, and ongoing performance across pilots and commercial deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or similar end-to-end ownership roles.
• Experience with AI-powered products and prompt evaluation.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for performance insights.
• Experience delivering customer-facing, measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication across engineering, clinical, and business.
• Strong judgment on scope, quality, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own product from concept to commercial success with AI agents.
• Collaborate with customers to translate needs into specs.
• Work with engineers, designers, and clinicians to build and test agents.
• Make tradeoffs on scope, timelines, and deployment readiness.
• Design evaluations and ensure safety before deployment.
• Turn pilots into enduring customer relationships.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly.
• Address production issues and operational dependencies.
• Share deploy insights to influence platform improvements.
• Drive platform readiness for scale across customers.
