Job summary

Infinitus Systems is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of conversational AI agents for healthcare. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and clinical experts to scope, build, test, and launch AI agents that deliver measurable business value.

You’ll serve as the primary owner for deployment readiness, performance, and commercial success, translating customer needs into clear specifications and guiding tradeoffs across scope, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, entrepreneurship, or a similar role involving end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong technical fluency, including experience working with AI-powered products, writing and evaluating prompts, and understanding technical architectures well enough to troubleshoot issues.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable product decisions.
• Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing deliverables and driving measurable business or commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineering, clinical, business, and customer stakeholders.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions around scope, quality, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and taking accountability for outcomes.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, work directly with technical teams, and contribute hands-on to building and improving products.
• Confidence navigating difficult customer conversations, communicating tradeoffs, and taking ownership when things don’t go as planned.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of building and delivering conversational AI agents that solve real healthcare challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, conversation designers, and clinical experts to scope, build, test, and launch AI agents using Infinitus Studio.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for agents, from customer conversations to launch readiness and commercial success.
• Define scope and success criteria by partnering with customers to understand needs and translate into technical specs.
• Identify product limitations, troubleshoot issues, and work with engineering to implement solutions or workarounds.
• Design evaluations against performance, reliability, and safety standards and coordinate with clinical evaluators.
