Amazon’s AWS Healthcare AI Solutions organization seeks a Software Development Manager to lead engineering teams building AI-powered healthcare solutions in the cloud. You will guide the design, delivery and operations of services that improve patient care and operational efficiency while partnering with product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing, livesite operations).
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
