Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a senior leader to shape healthcare data and AI strategy across enterprise analytics platforms, governance programs, and AI/ML initiatives for healthcare customers. You will leverage cloud-native architectures and data mesh concepts to drive outcomes at scale.

You will engage executives, design reference architectures, mentor teams, and contribute thought leadership. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected as part of customer engagements and ecosystem

Qualifications

Executive engagement with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Experience architecting healthcare analytics platforms and governance.
Understanding of AI/ML foundations and GenAI applications.
Proven technical leadership and long-term solution design.
Ability to mentor peers and scale team impact.
Willingness to travel ~30% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements on analytics, governance, and AI/ML.
Define reference architectures and reusable patterns for healthcare use cases.
Design data governance frameworks with quality, lineage, and access controls.
Bridge data strategy to AI/ML to operationalize AI at scale.
Define requirements, lead end-to-end design, and communicate trade-offs.
Influence partners across the org and mentor technical professionals.
Produce thought leadership content and participate in events.
