Job summary

Commure is building an AI-driven operating system for healthcare. We seek a Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end integration work with EMRs, payers, and other healthcare systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data flows.

You will design and implement high-performance integrations, leverage LLM tech, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools.
• Proven track record of end-to-end solutions and architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between platform and healthcare systems while ensuring performance and reliability.
• Leverage LLM tech to automate reverse-engineering of electronic health records.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Contribute to architectural direction and implement platform improvements.
• Own end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure production reliability.
