Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced engineer to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that optimize Payer operations through data integration and architecture improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cloud and on-prem data warehousing, and drive automation with AI/ML to improve payer metadata and lifecycle contracts.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with SQL and relational DBMS.
Dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing experience.
Programming in SQL, Python, and similar languages for cloud/on-prem data warehousing.
Experience troubleshooting data issues.
Experience with performance improvement techniques.
Strong communication skills and ownership in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns bridging cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and Enterprise Data Platform.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure scalable, reliable integration layers.
Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leaders to refine requirements and design patterns.
Explore AI/ML tools to drive innovation and smarter automation in development processes.
Create and maintain system designs, diagrams, and governance to enable platform self-service.
Tackle ambiguous requirements by asking targeted questions to deliver concrete solutions.
