Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities across projects, systems, and services. You will lead implementation teams, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality, schedule, and operational readiness.
You will liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams, advancing readiness analyses, documenting processes, and coaching staff to achieve successful handoffs.
The Implementation Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of implementation activities to ensure projects, systems, processes, or services are deployed successfully. Supervises implementation team members, monitors project progress, resolves issues, supports stakeholder communication. Ensures implementation efforts meet quality, schedule, and operational requirements.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The estimated pay range for this role is $94,200 to $135,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
