Job summary

Simile is hiring a Deployment Strategist - Healthcare to be embedded within enterprise account teams and manage 1-2 key customer relationships. You will drive deployment work, handle day-to-day needs, and become fluent with Simile's platform for technical conversations.

You will thrive when building relationships, solving hard problems, and owning details. The role offers rapid ownership, collaboration with product and research, and direct impact on Fortune 500 engagements across industries.

Responsibilities

• Own your Customers: Be the person your customers rely on - responsive, on top of the details, and trusted to get things done
• Drive Deployments: Own enterprise customer engagements from first call to full deployment and beyond
• Know the Product: Go deep on Simile's platform - simulations, population modeling, evals, and validations - and bring that knowledge into every customer conversation
• Work Cross-functionally: Bridge the gap between what customers need and what product and modeling teams build, and make sure the right insights from the field shape internal decisions
• Shape the Business: Take on high-impact projects that span the full business - from how we land new customers to how we think about simulation quality and what we build next
