Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree (full or part‑time) in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in CS, Biomedical Informatics, Data Science, EE, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience with data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and internal stakeholders in planning assignments.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives.
• Undertake or participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or alternative proposals.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit’s objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
