Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead the architectural foundation for production AI systems. The role involves building prototypes, collaborating with enterprise architecture, and shaping standards for AI across the organization.

You will translate AI requirements into scalable, secure solutions and work across business units to enable enterprise-grade AI deployments. This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of modern AI/ML systems including GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems.
• Proven ability to prototype and build working AI solutions and production-grade APIs.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, governance, and safety for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype working AI solutions and write production-quality code when needed.
• Shape AI architecture standards with reference implementations.
• Lead partnership and integration architecture for multi-organization initiatives.
• Bridge AI and Enterprise Architecture by translating requirements to constraints.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide portfolio decisions.
