CVS Health’s Oak Street Health Advanced Automation and Optimization team is seeking an analyst to work with GenAI/ML products, track data science assets, and explain impact on clinical and operational outcomes.

You will build data assets, dashboards, and pipelines, partnering with data engineering to ensure clean, accessible data for downstream analytics. Remote work near Chicago is preferred; other US locations may be considered.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in applied analytics to solve healthcare or other business questions using data, analysis and automation.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and Python to pull, clean, prepare and analyze data.
• 3+ years of experience applying analytics, BI and data wrangling to automate in clinical settings.
• Working knowledge of clinical coding and terminology standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, NDC, RxNorm).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

• Develop deep working knowledge of clinical and operational data and apply it to healthcare problems.
• Build reusable data assets — tables and views — with documentation for independent use.
• Create queries, dashboards, and visualizations highlighting data quality and insights.
• Bridge clinical concepts and analytics frameworks for business partners.
• Develop analysis pipelines using statistical methods to drive outcomes.
