Qualifications

• Background in Skilled Nursing Admissions or healthcare marketing.
• Experience in marketing/admissions in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with community partners.
• Convert referrals to meet budgeted census goals.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan for the centers.
• Coordinate pre-admission and admission procedures with Central Intake.
• Conduct tours, follow-ups, and community events.
• Support room readiness and customer service excellence.
• Engage in professional events and partnerships.
